The building was built new construction in 2006 by the architect DesignBridge. The mid-rise consists of 72 units on 7 floors making it a nice boutique-sized building for the neighborhood. The building also houses 4 retails spaces on the ground level ... a convenient coffee shop, nail salon, dry cleaners, and boutique clothing store.
